15 Years of Connecting Globally and Impacting Locally

Fifteen years ago, Tying Vines began with a simple but powerful belief: local leaders are often the people best positioned to transform their own communities.

They know the language. They understand the culture. They know the people, their challenges, and their potential. Around the world, pastors, teachers, aid workers, and ministry leaders were already doing extraordinary work—feeding families, educating children, caring for vulnerable communities, responding to crises, and bringing the hope of Jesus into difficult places.

But many of these leaders were also carrying another burden behind the scenes.

Creating a Better Way to Support Local Leaders

Administration. Compliance. Financial systems. Donor management. Reporting. Operations.

In many cases, ministries were spending nearly 40% of their time and 25% of their resources simply trying to exist. Time and resources that could have been spent serving people were instead consumed by paperwork, logistics, and back-office demands.

That is where Tying Vines stepped in.

We saw a gap that needed to be filled—not on the frontlines, but behind them.

Tying Vines became a bridge: connecting generous donors with faithful leaders around the world while providing the operational, financial, and administrative foundation ministries needed to thrive sustainably.

By helping carry the burden of systems and structure, local leaders could focus more of their energy and resources on what they were called to do: serve people and transform communities.

Because calling should never be buried under administrative overwhelm.

15 Years of Impact Around the World

Since 2011, Tying Vines has helped support more than 60 ministry leaders across 45+ countries, impacting more than 1 million people through crisis response, humanitarian aid, ministry support, education, community development, and marketplace empowerment.

Along the way, we have seen refugee children return to classrooms. Families have received food and medical care during times of crisis. Churches have been strengthened. Artisans have found opportunities for dignified work. Communities have begun rebuilding through the leadership of people who call those communities home.

But behind every statistic is something much more important: a real person.

A child. A family. A local leader. A community. A moment when generosity became hope.

And We Believe This Is Only the Beginning

While we are incredibly grateful for all that has happened over the last 15 years, we believe this is only the beginning.

The future of Tying Vines is not simply about building one organization. It is about continuing to strengthen local leaders around the world so communities can flourish from within.

It is about sustainable partnerships, long-term impact, and creating pathways for generosity, hope, and transformation to reach even further.

Because when leaders are strengthened, communities are transformed.

When generosity meets opportunity, hope multiplies. And when people come together around a shared purpose, lives can be changed for generations.

For 15 years, Tying Vines has been connecting globally and impacting locally, and we are honored that so many of you have been part of this story with us.

Together, we can continue impacting lives—for eternity.
